tai chi chuan

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art, originally created for personal defense and transformed through time into a slow and gentle form of exercise suitable for all ages. Its study begins with a sequence of slow movements, the slow form, and continues with exercises in pairs, the fast form, and forms using traditional weapons. Regular practice gives an agile and graceful body, a serene and alert mind, and a long and healthy life.

We organize courses and intensive seminars on the farm, where we have an indoor hall and a shaded outdoor platform dedicated to this practice.

Rami Salo has been studying Tai Chi Chuan since 1988 with Master Tung Kai Ying of the Tung family, practitioners and teachers of this martial art for three generations. He regularly attends seminars and residential sessions with Master Tung in Europe (Finland, Denmark, Sweden, France and Italy), in the U.S. and in China.
