Extra virgin olive oil
We cultivate Biancolilla, Cerasuola and Nocellara del Belice olives, the three varieties traditional in our area. Some of the trees we planted ourselves, about thirty years ago, while others have stood on our land for over a century. In mid-October we begin to harvest the olives, which are cold-pressed at a closed-cycle olive press not far from our farm. The extra virgin oil thus obtained, unfiltered and stored under nitrogen (in oxygen-free steel tanks), is an intense green in color and a fruited taste, in which the bitter and the peppery are well balanced.
Our vinegars are available in 3 or 5 lt. cans and in 1 / 0.50 / 0.25 lt. bottles.
