Depending on the season, we produce: arugula, artichokes, sweet basil, bay leaves, broccoli, broccoli rape, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, sweet corn, cucumbers, eggplants, endive, fennel, garlic, lettuce, onions, parsley, rosemary, sage, hot peppers, sweet peppers, watermelons, winter melons, winter and summer squashes, and more.

We are careful to propagate and harvest wild greens such as borage, chard, mustard greens, etc..

We produce fava beans and peas to sell fresh, and limited quantities of dried lentils, chickpeas and cicerchie.
